Twitter (X) has long increased the character limit for premium/verified users from 280 to 10,000 effectively introducing long-form content to the platform.

It would be appropriate to discern between these two cases within Mixpost since long-form content is becoming more and more prevalent alongside threads on X.

The API depends on WorkspaceID, but you can't list workspaces with the API. I think the API in general could do with some fleshing out.

As as user of Mixpost I would like to use the service in different languages.

Mixpost should offer users the ability to change the language of the UI

As an administrator of Mixpost, I would like to be able to create, modify, remove translation files for multiple languages.

Unsplash is good, yet forexample pexels provide API access as well and compared to unsplash has generous default rate limit of 200/hour and 20,000/month.

Unsplash on the demo mode has 50 per hour

The ability to directly import created images or edit images using Adobe Express.

When I upload a video as a reel, I can't select a preview image for the reel - am I overlooking the selection or is there no function to select a title image? This would be very important!

Integration of Pexels for photo stock, in addition to Unsplash. The admin can select the default photo stock provider.

As a MixPost Pro User, when I upload a video to a post, I want to select which still image or frame from my video will be used for the thumbnail on platforms supporting thumbnails wo that I can customise the look of my post and enhance the impact of my content.

Details:

Implement a Thumbnail Selector feature within MixPost Pro that allows users to choose a specific frame from their uploaded video to use as the thumbnail OR/AND to upload an image to be used as thumbnail.

Functionality:

• Provide an interface for users to preview and select a frame from their video as the thumbnail.
• Automatically apply the selected thumbnail to platforms that support this feature.
• Maintain default behaviour for platforms that do not support custom thumbnails.

Large parts of the Fediverse won't boost (share) your image posts without alt text included. Right now this is a manual process: schedule in Mixpost, and then when the post goes live, edit and redraft with alt text. This really cuts down on the convenience of Mixpost for this channel specifically, and I'd imagine any ActivityPub network in the future.

The Bluesky network is seeing strong interest among my readers, and I’d like to be able to support them there.

Support posting to the Threads platform alongside Facebook and Instagram.

I would like to create posts in a team and get feedback from team-mates, how the post can be improved. Of course there shouldn't be a mix-up with external comments on the plattform, where the post was published.

I would like to have a possibility in the posts view that the customer can give a "release", perhaps by a checklist at the posting, where one can still add other free definable tasks.
