Allow Workspaces to be listed by the API

The API depends on WorkspaceID, but you can't list workspaces with the API. I think the API in general could do with some fleshing out.

This feature will be available in Mixpost Enterprise, as it requires the ability to manage users, workspaces, and subscriptions through external tools.

The following new endpoints will be added:

  • Create a workspace
  • Create a user
  • Add subscription details to a workspace
  • Attach the user to a workspace

@Dima-Botezatu please can you add API for getting users, workspaces, and their details.

This will be helpful to import existing customers to our marketing tool since Mixpost is limited in this area.
