Connect Commercial URL shortener (maybe Bitly)
Add a custom URL shortener -> Scan the Post for links and call a pre-set URL by POST or GET

I self-host an instance of YOURLS - would be really great to connect to that somehow.

KUTT is another popular self-hosted URL shortener so probably also worth looking at.

It would also be helpful to transform the links into customized (yet simple) qr codes and get their analytics.

I am using PolR. Great would be a field that allows different link shortener to be added. https://polrproject.org

So something like. a field for an individual API call and a variable of the link, that has to be shortened.

We host our own with https://66biolinks.com/
it's completely self-hosted with a simple web hosting and one-time payment platform.

Would love to be able to connect with mixpost. usually just create the links and them paste them to mixpost currently.

don't think there is any github page for it.

This feature would be great if it could use Shlink, too. (https://shlink.io/).

Maybe it would be an idea to implement url-shorting in general and provide adapters for each service (like shlink, yourls, etc.). So this feature-request would not be limited to one certain service.
