Add Support for Scheduling Posts Down to the Second

It would be nice to be able to schedule posts down to the second

For instance if one would like to publish a “Tweet Storm”
By the minute is not bad, but some more control would be ideal!

Twitter API has a 300 POST limit per 3 hrs. 1 post every 1.6 minutes, including retweets – The current Mixpost rate can basically support a constant stream of tweets but does not support a bigger Amount of Publications over a Shorter amount of Time:

A series of 10 posts : every 10 seconds

Even if it was only one or a few (seconds) options like: 1 – 5 – 10
