Auto-Reply to DMs containing certain keywords

I think this would be a nice feature for Mixpost.
Manychat allows teams to send customers links via DM, if the customer is sending a certain keyword or emoji via DM. So the workflow:

  • Customer sends a banane emoji as DM to the instagram channel of a brand
  • The brand auto-replies with a customizable message, often white papers, discount codes or other informations helpful for the customers.

This should help raise interactions.

Hi @Sascha Foerster,

I don’t plan to implement DMs in Mixpost. It introduces many additional challenges, and I’m concerned it would take my focus away from the core publishing and posting experience.

I think it's good to stay on scope. Maybe ChatWoot is better suited as an automation tool for direct messages and customer support in private channels: https://www.chatwoot.com
