Show an overview of all posted posts (of all networks)

I would like to see all the posts from the different connected networks in an overview. It should show you, what has happend in the last weeks or months. It should be filterable by network and time, maybe also by post-type or maybe even a search for keywords (to find out, if a topic already has been posted before).
Some statistics would make it perfect, so that I don't need to login to a network to get an good overview of what has been happeing before.
Also for admins this is a nice feature, to check the work done on all the networks of a client.
