[Enterprise] When workspace billing fails, pause the workspace subscription

Recently one of my customers stripe subscriptions stopped being paid because they moved address, and their zip code stopped matching that on file. As such, although the card was valid, billing stopped. I'm sure there's many reasons why this might happen.

I would have expected Mixpost to pause the subscription for the workspace (perhaps after a predefined grace period) and notify me and the workspace owner about this.

"There was a problem billing your card, please visit THIS_URL and update your billing details".
