Customisable Maximum File Size Settings for Media Uploads (Image, Video, Gifs)

As a MixPost Pro Administrator, in the settings of the MixPost Admin Console, I want to be able to edit the global maximum authorised file size for various media types (Image, Video, GIFs). Additionally, I want the ability to override these settings on a per-social media service basis with recommended file sizes. This will allow me to manage the bandwidth and storage usage of our MixPost Pro deployment effectively and ensure that my team uploads appropriate files.

• Implement a feature in the MixPost Admin Console that allows administrators to set global maximum file size limits for different media types (Image, Video, GIFs).
• Provide an option to override these global settings for individual social media services with recommended file sizes.
