Send error logs to stdout

The only logs that are output to stdout are the startup logs. I have often been in a situation where stdout logs are clear, but then there are errors in the jobs UI and nothing is posting (last one was a connection error with redis). Another was an error posting because the social connection was returning Oauth errors.

For a large operation, it is much easier to have these errors go to stdout because they're are usually already connected to tools that aggregate them, like sentry, Datadog, etc, rather than have a special place with a special UI where we can find errors.
