Webhook Post Publishing

It would be very cool if we could also use webhooks to publish posts on Discord or Slack, for example. Many open source projects like Mixpost itself use these platforms to stay in touch with the community. Often important information such as collaborations, features, release information, new videos and livestreams should also be published via these channels. It would be very helpful to be able to plan and publish these together with the social media posts in the same tool.
