[Enterprise] Choose plan on signup + deeplink

By default mixpost assigns a free plan to a new customer. If no free plan has been added, new customer has to subscribe after first sign in.
It would be great if the customer would have to choose a plan during signup. Or if we could set a default plan and mixpost asks for credit card information at signup (if Generic Trial is disabled).
