Create Post - Duplicate Button + Preserve scheduled post date on drafts

It would be good if we could have a duplicate button within the create post window with it automatically opening the post when clicked - I also think if the publish date can be preserved on duplicate - I think this would improve workflow - I find myself that I create a post then want to create a follow up post a week or so later, so i duplicate the first post to preserve my labels however when setting the date I need to click through the menu's a bunch to reach the correct month again - if the date was preserved on duplicate it would already be in the correct date range to simply click the following week rather than filtering through the months
