Templates Page / Template Manager - Columns and Row View

I would love to be able to switch between the current grid and a Row + Columns view - I have a fair few templates setup so rows + columns would make "managing" it a bit easier. I think the columns would also be better view in the template manager as in the grid window (at least on my browser) it displays in 3 columns with the 3rd column being slightly cut off. the ability to "Favourite" a template to pin it to the top of the list I think would also be good.
