It would be good to be able to sort this page by name allowing us to be able to easily organize entries by the name. On top of that a search function to filter by name would also be help.
Alternatively, perhaps a function to click and drag to rearrange the order would be a flexible organisation option

Good idea! We also need to sort them by usage, with the most used items displayed at the top.
