Post Groups

It would be good if we could create a "Post Group" allowing us to group together channels that we may be posting to simultaneously - when posting 1 post to 5 channels we need to click 5 times on each channel each post - if making content in bulk its a fair amount of clicks and adds a element of user error to miss a channel out by accident. By being able to group channels we could post in a single click and ensure every channel is hit.
