Add Tooltips to Plans Limits

It would be nice to add a tooltip explaining plan limits. I did not find their explanation in the docs and had to dig discord only to find one explanation.

Might be clear to the developer but for us without context may be a little confusing.

Especially the following related settings 1 & 2;

1. No. of Social Accounts
2. No. of Brands Social Accounts
3. AI Credits (possibly a link to the developer platform documentation for the model being used and how credits are used.
