Bulk Content Generation/Design via Template and Database/Spreadsheet (Mail Merge Style)

Loosely piggybacking on the Canva/VistaCreate import, bulk import, and content pool ideas:

I would like to be able to bulk create posts, mail merge style.

The idea would be to have some kind of template for a graphic in, say, svg format, and be able to generate multiple variations with different colours, text, photos, using a spreadsheet or database with the content.
